Parthasarathi Sharma, (Born 5th January 1948) former Indian Test Cricketer died October 20, 2010. He was suffering from gallblader cancer. Sharma was 62 years old. Sharma was survived by his wife and a son.

Sharma was right hand middle order batsman. He was only cricketer from Rajasthan to play test cricket after Hanumant Singh for team India.

Parthasarathi Sharma played 5 test matches. He made a promising start in his career.

He played his first test match against West Indies in the year 1974-75. He scored 54 runs in the first innings and 49 runs in the second innings.

In the Ranji Trophy, Sharma scored 4372 runs while in Dulip Trophy he scored 1379 runs.
He was also the coach of the Rajasthan Ranji Team.
